Zuo Min is a professor at the School of Law, Shandong Jianzhu University. She concurrently serves as an executive member of the Disabled Sports and Health Professional Committee of the China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Association, First Batch Expert of Shandong Provincial Social Work Expert Pool (Appointed by Shandong Provincial Party Committee Social Work Department), Member of Shandong Provincial Social Work Expert Pool (Appointed by Shandong Provincial Social Work Association),an expert in social stability risk assessment for major decisions in Shandong Province, Lecturer for the "Self-Help and Mutual Assistance Rehabilitation Training Program for Adult Intellectual Disabilities and Their Relatives" organized by China Intellectual Disabilities and Relatives Association (2024-2027). a member of the social work supervision expert pool in Jinan City, an expert advisor to the Social Construction Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Jinan City, a member of the social governance innovation research think tank in Lixia District, and one of the founders of Jinan Jianda Social Work Service Center.

Zuo Min focuses on the field of social organization management and community governance innovation. As a professional social work supervisor, she has guided dozens of projects from the Ministry of Civil Affairs and government procurement projects, and co-founded the first street-level social work station in Shandong Province. In recent years, she has led one sub-project of a national-level research project, over ten projects at the provincial and ministerial level, and authored more than twenty academic papers (books). Her achievements have received over ten awards of various kinds. She is the first supervisor to guide a student to win the only first prize in the Fifth National Social Work Micro-Film Competition, the gold prize in the Eighth Shandong Internet+ College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the first prize in the Shandong Social Work Case Competition, and the first prize in the First Shandong University Social Work Professional Practice Sand Table Competition.
