Resume Introduction to Academic Achievements:

After obtaining a master's degree from Beijing Normal University in 1999, she joined the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences to work full-time on population aging research. In 2019, she was transferred to Shandong Jianzhu University. She has been awarded the "First Shandong Social Science Discipline Rookie Award" and has twice been selected as a theoretical talent in Shandong Province's "Hundred Talents Project". She spent a year as a visiting scholar at George Mason University in the United States. She has presided over two national social science projects and eight provincial and ministerial-level projects; published three monographs; contributed over 30 academic papers to C-journals; and received a positive written approval from the vice governor for a decision-making and consulting research report. She was the author of the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Aging Services and the Construction of the Elderly Care System in Shandong Province" (draft for public consultation). Her achievements have won two second prizes and two third prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels. She is a national expert on aging health, an executive director of the Shandong Gerontology Society, a member of the first expert committee of the Shandong Provincial Working Committee on Aging, and a member of the Shandong Social Work Expert Database.
