Professor of the Social Work and Social Management Research and Teaching Office in the Law School. She has been engaged in student education management and adolescent mental health education and counseling for over 20 years, serving successively as a counselor, secretary of the general branch of the Communist Youth League, deputy director of the school's student work department (division), and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of a secondary college.

She concurrently serves as the executive director of the Shandong Provincial Mental Health Association, the executive vice chairman of the Professional Committee for Mental Health Education and Counseling for College Students of the Shandong Provincial Mental Health Association, and the head of the Mental Health Education Curriculum Group. Additionally, she is a member of the Shandong Provincial Family Education Expert Lecturing Group. She has been honored with titles such as the Outstanding Female Employee in Shandong Provincial Education System and the Excellent Worker of the Shandong Provincial Mental Health Association.

She has led and participated in more than ten projects, including sub-projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, special tasks of the Ministry of Education for humanities and social sciences research, and special projects of Shandong Provincial Social Science Planning Research. She has published more than ten academic papers and six books and textbooks, and her achievements have received more than ten awards at the departmental and bureau level and above.
