Recently, vice-president Agnes A Hoffman from the Portland State University visited our university. Vice President Liu Su met with the guests, the international office of exchange and cooperation, related deans and professors attended the meeting. The meeting was host by Chen Baoming, director of international office. Vice president Liu Su extended a warm welcome to the delegation, and briefly introduced the achievements of our university in recent years. Director Chen Baoming and vice president Agnes A. Hoffman made the detailed introduction to both sides respectively. The two universities signed the memorandum of the friendship and cooperation agreement to cooperate in terms of student exchanges, joint training, and staff visiting. They had a campus tour later then.
